That depends on the scope of your event. For more complex parties with 100+ guests, or a hired venue, reach out to an event planner 4-5 months prior to your intended date. Venues book out quickly! If you have somewhere specific in mind, reach out as soon as possible.
More simple events can take as few as 2-3 months.

Weddings
For micro-weddings or smaller weddings, 6-8 months in advance for full planning and management packages. If you are planing the wedding yourself, we can take over at any point in the process, even at the last minute. For a larger wedding, get in touch 10-12 months in advance.
Corporate Events
We can help you with a corporate event 4-6 months in advance for larger events, and a couple of months before an office party or conference.
Social and Family Events
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation. We’ll celebrate anything life throws at you with you.
We can help you 2-4 months in advance. Again, if you’re planning your own event, we can take over when your needing help.
